ROSE RADIOLOGY TO OPEN WESLEY CHAPEL CENTER IN SPRING, 2007

Wesley Chapel, Florida – November 27, 2006 – Rose Radiology announced today its purchase of property in the SEVEN OAKS MEDICAL PARK in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The building shell is complete and interior construction will begin in February for a planned opening date of the new diagnostic center in May, 2007.

"The location in the Seven Oaks Medical Park was selected because of its optimal location to best serve the majority of Wesley Chapel's healthcare providers and their patients,' stated Manuel Rose, M.D., the company's founder and chairman. 'After speaking with local area physicians and analyzing the current diagnostic services available to the growing Wesley Chapel community, it became apparent that Rose Radiology should expand its operations in that area".

The plan for this new center is reflective of RRC's ongoing commitment to assure that Tampa Bay area residents have a safe, physician-owned and managed healthcare facility at which to have their medical diagnostic studies. The facility will allow local area residents same-day access to Open MRI, Mutli-slice CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, Bone Density Scanning and X-Ray.
