Facility Director / Manager

As a Facility Director/Manager with Rose Radiology, your greatest responsibility is ensuring the highest quality experience for all patients visiting a Rose Radiology Center. This is achieved by making sure the facility is clean, the staff is friendly and skilled, the equipment is functioning properly, the correct exams are performed as scheduled and the reports are generated and released in a timely manner. 

Job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient patient encounters (from the point of setting an appointment through the release of the exam report).
• Hiring, training, scheduling and management of staff.
• Ensuring equipment, staffing and facility compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Work with referring offices and marketing team to assure the highest quality of service is provided to our referring doctors and patients.
